Adding Seasoned Professionals Positions Company to Capitalize on Demand for Labor and Operational Productivity Solutions
Long Grove, IL, July 17, 2013 – TZA, a technology and engineering company specializing in the optimization of labor performance and operational effectiveness across the entire supply chain, announced today the expansion of their senior management team to capitalize on increased demand for the company’s industry-leading ProTrack Labor Management Solutions and supply chain consulting services:
- Steven Parker, Director of Supply Chain Consulting. Steven will be responsible for developing and deploying supply chain engineering and consulting solutions, including strategic network analysis, Lean best practices, material handling systems, facility design, transportation, inventory optimization, strategic slotting and labor management. He has more than 14 years of experience in strategic network design and optimization, identification and implementation of process improvements, facility design, and business analytics for Fortune 1000 firms. Prior to TZA, Steven had consulting roles at Peach State Integrated Technologies and Keogh Consulting.
- Nathan Sandell, Product Manager. Nathan will have responsibility for ProTrack product strategy and for short and long-term roadmap of new modules, functions and enhancements based on business trends and customer needs. He brings more than 10 years of experience in software implementation and optimization, supply chain analytics and modeling, and the application of technology to business problems from his positions at Semantic Strategy, Manhattan Associates and CSC.
- Ken Binkley, Director of Inside Sales. Ken will manage TZA’s inside sales staff that assists customers and prospects in identifying labor performance improvement opportunities in their supply chain operations. He has extensive experience in managing inside sales and customer service teams offering business software and services and has held positions with Grainger, Textura, ADP and Quill.
