We are looking for a driven inside sales professional who is goal-driven and confident on the phones. 

This is an opportunity to join our expanding software team carrying 30+ years of innovation and market leadership while earning a competitive base salary, sales commissions and uncapped monthly bonuses.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new opportunities for the inside sales team. Using CRM, email and phone, you will build a sales pipeline through focused prospecting and effective problem solving. You will also gain experience and develop your skills qualifying six-figure sales opportunities with both mid-market and enterprise-level companies across the country.

Our philosophy at TZA is that a Sales Development Representative is a Sales Executive in training. We are looking for motivating teammates that can grow with us, both financially and professionally. 


  • Consistently generate 2-3 new qualified opportunities per week
  • Maintain prospect database
  • Demonstrate TZA’s value proposition via high-level introductory conversations with prospects at the Senior Director, VP and CXO levels
  • Maintain daily/weekly prospecting activity
  • Partner with Account Executives on strategy for potential sales opportunities

What will help you be successful:

  • Experience in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Experience cold calling into companies at senior levels
  • Confident on the phones, embracing a “hunter” role
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
